Description

This outrageously good stuffed celery recipe features crisp celery filled with a savory cream cheese mixture, perfect for parties or a quick healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 stalks celery – washed and dried
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese – softened
  • 1/4 cup bacon – cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese – grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley – chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives – chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 3 dashes hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the celery stalks thoroughly, then cut each stalk in half and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl or food processor, whip the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each celery stalk with the prepared cream cheese mixture.
  5. Optionally, garnish with additional chives or bacon crumbles and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
