- 1/3 cup grated pecorino cheese
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, at room temperature
- 2 peaches, sliced
- Hot honey, for serving
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the parmesan, pecorino, grated garlic, thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Arrange the sliced bread over the cheese mixture and brush with melted butter. Add prosciutto around the bread slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is golden and melted.
- Once baked, break the burrata over the warm crostini. Top with peach slices, prosciutto, and fresh basil leaves.
