Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup (240 g) creamy peanut butter in a medium mixing bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes if too firm.
  2. Add 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar to the peanut butter and mix until completely smooth and fully combined.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cold heavy whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a spatula, working slowly to keep the mixture light and airy.
  5. Continue folding until no white streaks remain and the mousse is smooth and fluffy.
