- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a glass jar with 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of filtered water, leaving some space at the top.
- Seal the jar and let it sit for 12–24 hours until fully saturated. This creates your sole water base.
- Each morning, add 1 teaspoon of the sole water (or 1/2–1 teaspoon pink salt) to 8–12 oz of filtered room-temperature water.
- Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and/or lemon juice for flavor and added health benefits.
- Optional: Stir in 1 teaspoon raw honey to improve taste.
- Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
- Use glass or BPA-free plastic containers for storing the sole solution.
- Do not use pink curing salt—it is not the same as pink Himalayan salt.
- Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, kidney issues, or are on a low-sodium diet.
