The Pink Salt Trick Recipe is a simple 4-ingredient morning detox drink made with pink Himalayan salt, filtered water, and optional boosters like apple cider vinegar and honey. Designed to hydrate, balance electrolytes, and support wellness, it’s a quick and natural way to start your day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass jar with 4 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of filtered water, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Seal the jar and let it sit for 12–24 hours until fully saturated. This creates your sole water base.
  4. Each morning, add 1 teaspoon of the sole water (or 1/2–1 teaspoon pink salt) to 8–12 oz of filtered room-temperature water.
  5. Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and/or lemon juice for flavor and added health benefits.
  6. Optional: Stir in 1 teaspoon raw honey to improve taste.
  7. Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Use glass or BPA-free plastic containers for storing the sole solution.
  • Do not use pink curing salt—it is not the same as pink Himalayan salt.
  • Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, kidney issues, or are on a low-sodium diet.
  • Do not exceed 1 tsp of pink salt per day.
