Description

Pumpkin Milkshakes are a creamy, spiced fall treat that combines the flavors of pumpkin pie with the cool, indulgent texture of a milkshake. Perfect for fall gatherings, dessert, or a sweet seasonal drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon or nutmeg, licorice twists


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (ice cream, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract) in a blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the milkshake into two glasses.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, and a licorice twist as a straw (optional).
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy milk and ice cream alternatives.
