Description

These Red, White, and Blue Fruit Kabobs are a fun, healthy, and festive treat made with strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for patriotic holidays or summer gatherings, they’re easy to assemble, kid-friendly, and require no cooking.


Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 24 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  2. Trim the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces roughly the same size as the marshmallows and blueberries.
  3. Take a bamboo skewer and thread a strawberry piece, followed by a mini marshmallow, then a blueberry. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the bottom to hold.
  4. Repeat the process for all skewers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Arrange the finished kabobs on a serving platter. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
