- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch pan, smoothing the surface.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips at 50% power for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to set. Cut into bars once chilled and serve.

- Cut the bars while cold for cleaner edges.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
