- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse graham cracker crumbs until finely crushed. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and serve.
