Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse graham cracker crumbs until finely crushed. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and serve.
