- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel bits

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and caramel bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are still soft.
- Immediately sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt after removing from the oven.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes if you prefer thicker cookies.
- Use flaky sea salt like Maldon for best flavor and presentation.
- Cookies will continue baking on the sheet after removal from oven — don’t overbake.
- Freeze dough balls for up to 3 months for easy make-ahead baking.
