Description
S’mores Sushi is a fun, no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of a classic s’more into a sushi-inspired treat. Made with Rice Krispies, marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, it’s the perfect sweet snack for parties or a fun family activity.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (plus more for serving)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper and grease it with cooking spray.
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a thin, even rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the Rice Krispies layer.
- Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow fluff, pressing gently to adhere.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Slice the rectangle in half lengthwise and roll each half tightly into a sushi roll.
- Refrigerate the rolls for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with extra melted chocolate for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure the marshmallow mixture is smooth and not over-melted, as this can affect the texture of the base.
- Chill the rolls for at least 1 hour to help them firm up before slicing.
- For a fun twist, top the sushi rolls with mini toasted marshmallows.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
