Description

S’mores Sushi is a fun, no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of a classic s’more into a sushi-inspired treat. Made with Rice Krispies, marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, it’s the perfect sweet snack for parties or a fun family activity.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (plus more for serving)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a thin, even rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the Rice Krispies layer.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow fluff, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.
  8. Slice the rectangle in half lengthwise and roll each half tightly into a sushi roll.
  9. Refrigerate the rolls for about 1 hour or until firm.
  10. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with extra melted chocolate for dipping.
