Description

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar: used for rolling and adds a snowy, sweet coating


Instructions

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until a dense, uniform dough forms.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in granulated sugar until evenly coated on all sides.
