- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the salmon under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper lightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to form a smooth glaze.
- Optional: Marinate the salmon in the glaze for 15–30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add salmon bites in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
- Flip the salmon bites, pour the glaze over them, and cook for another 2–3 minutes, basting with the sauce.
- Remove from heat once the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds and serve immediately.
