Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and gently pound them to an even thickness.
  2. Combine brown sugar, chili powder, seasoned salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Add the brown sugar mixture to the ziplock bag with the chicken and seal the bag. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
