Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the cucumbers thinly. You can use a mandolin slicer for even slices or slice by hand.
  2. Mix the Tajin seasoning and mayonnaise in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the mixture and gently fold them using a rubber spatula to avoid tearing the cucumber slices.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to enhance the flavors. Optionally, add cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and color.

Notes
