Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, salt, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Press each cookie ball slightly with the bottom of a glass to flatten it.

- While the cookies cool, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and nutmeg for the glaze until smooth.
