- 6 slices turkey deli meat
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes (divided for aioli and sandwich)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Make the sun-dried tomato aioli by blending 2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
- Toast the bread if desired for added texture, or leave it soft for a classic deli feel.
- Spread the sun-dried tomato aioli on both slices of bread.
- Layer turkey slices, bacon, remaining sun-dried tomatoes, avocado slices, and romaine lettuce on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, press slightly, and slice in half before serving.
