Description

This easy turkey club sandwich is packed with oven-roasted turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a tangy sun-dried tomato aioli—perfect for a quick and healthy lunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices sourdough bread (or your preferred bread or wrap)
  • 6 slices turkey deli meat
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes (divided for aioli and sandwich)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic


Instructions

  1. Make the sun-dried tomato aioli by blending 2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
  3. Toast the bread if desired for added texture, or leave it soft for a classic deli feel.
  4. Spread the sun-dried tomato aioli on both slices of bread.
  5. Layer turkey slices, bacon, remaining sun-dried tomatoes, avocado slices, and romaine lettuce on one slice of bread.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, press slightly, and slice in half before serving.
