- 1 cup frozen corn

- Garnishes: 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 sliced avocados
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking up any clumps. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, cubed sweet potatoes, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and sugar. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Add frozen corn, increase heat to medium-high, and cook for a few minutes until heated through and the liquid returns to a boil.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro, cheese, avocado, or desired toppings.
