- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Spread 1/2 cup of whipped topping evenly on the bottom of a springform pan to create the base layer.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and dry pudding mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the cold milk while mixing, and beat for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Fold in the remaining whipped topping gently until fully combined and fluffy.
- Arrange a single layer of vanilla wafers over the whipped topping base.
- Spread about 3/4 cup of the pudding mixture evenly over the wafer layer.
- Repeat layering wafers and pudding mixture until all filling is used, ending with a cream layer on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves if desired.
