Description

These 4 Ingredient Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles are a creamy, refreshing frozen treat made with Greek yogurt, honey, heavy cream, and fresh or frozen fruit. Perfect for summer, they are easy to customize with your favorite fruits and make a healthier alternative to store-bought popsicles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup honey (or to taste)
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit of choice (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, peaches, bananas, or mixed berries)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cold heavy cream until it thickens slightly and visible lines appear, stopping before soft peaks form.
  2. Fold the Greek yogurt into the cream until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Stir in the honey and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Wash, prepare, and chop the fruit into small pieces if necessary.
  5. Gently fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
  6. Make sure the popsicle molds are completely dry to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  7. Pour or spoon the mixture into the molds, filling each one evenly.
  8. Use a chopstick or spatula to remove air pockets and tap the molds lightly on the counter.
  9. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  10. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  11. To serve, let the molds sit at room temperature for a few minutes or run cool water over the outside to release the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Regular yogurt may result in icy popsicles due to its higher water content.
  • The more heavy cream you add, the creamier the popsicles will be.
  • Frozen desserts taste less sweet, so slightly increase honey if desired.
  • Fresh or frozen fruit can be used interchangeably.
  • Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Allow popsicles to release naturally from molds to prevent breakage.
