Description

This 4th Of July Fudge is a rich, creamy, no-bake patriotic dessert made with white chocolate, frosting, red candy melts, and festive sprinkles. Featuring beautiful red, white, and blue swirls, it’s the perfect sweet treat for Independence Day parties, Memorial Day gatherings, summer cookouts, and holiday dessert tables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 32 ounces white frosting (2 containers)
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue oil-based food coloring
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons patriotic red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 cup of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  3. Microwave 16 ounces of white frosting for 1 minute. Add approximately 10.5 ounces (two-thirds) of the melted frosting to the melted white chocolate and stir until fully combined. Set aside.
  4. In a second bowl, melt the remaining 1 cup of white chocolate chips using the same method.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon blue food coloring and stir until evenly colored.
  6. Microwave the second 16-ounce container of frosting for 1 minute. Add approximately 10.5 ounces (two-thirds) of the frosting to the blue chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
  7. Place 1 cup red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  8. Add the remaining frosting from both containers to the melted red candy melts and stir vigorously until fully combined.
  9. Alternate pouring the white, blue, and red mixtures into the prepared pan in several batches to create a marbled effect.
  10. Tap the pan gently on the counter to level the fudge.
  11. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons patriotic sprinkles evenly over the top.
  12. Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for about 8 hours or until firm.
  13. Cut into 24 squares and serve.

Notes

  • Do not swirl the colors after pouring them into the pan or the colors may blend together and create a purple hue.
  • If a fudge mixture becomes too thick, microwave it for 15 seconds and stir before continuing.
  • Keep the pan on a flat surface while the fudge sets to ensure even thickness.
  • Blue candy melts can be substituted for white chocolate chips and blue food coloring.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
