- 20 fresh blueberries

Instructions
- Cut two 1-inch-thick slices of watermelon and remove the rind.
- Using a large star-shaped cookie cutter, cut approximately 10 watermelon stars from the slices.
- Lay the smoked provolone slices on a cutting board and use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut 10 cheese stars.
- Arrange the watermelon stars on a serving platter.
- Place one cheese star on top of each watermelon star.
- Thread 2 blueberries onto each decorative toothpick.
- Insert a blueberry-topped toothpick through the center of each cheese star and watermelon star.
- Refrigerate the appetizers until ready to serve.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
