- Pepper, to taste
- Juice from ½ small lemon
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a small bowl with paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Once the toast is ready, spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice.
