Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Juice from ½ small lemon
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved


Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a small bowl with paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Once the toast is ready, spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice.
  4. Top with crumbled feta cheese and halved cherry tomatoes.
