- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or your favorite seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with silicone or parchment paper.
- Steam the frozen cauliflower according to package directions. Once steamed, let it cool to a safe handling temperature.
- Place the cauliflower onto a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Transfer the dried cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
