Description

Creamy, spiced, and indulgent, this Biscoff Banana Pudding is a no-bake dessert that layers whipped cream, instant vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and Biscoff cookies for a unique twist on the classic Southern treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 350g cold milk: Base for dissolving pudding mix and adding creaminess
  • 397g sweetened condensed milk (1 can): Adds sweetness and caramelized flavor
  • 102g instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package): Creates a silky vanilla pudding base
  • 470g whipping cream: Whipped for airy texture and rich body
  • 26 Biscoff cookies: Provide a spiced, caramel crunch that softens into the pudding
  • 4 large ripe bananas: Sliced for fruity sweetness and texture

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix until fully dissolved. Place in the refrigerator to chill and thicken.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the chilled pudding mixture into the whipped cream gently using a spatula until well combined with no streaks.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture into a 9×13″ dish in an even layer.
  5. Slice the bananas into ¼” thick coins and layer about ¾ of them over the pudding.
  6. Crumble approximately 18 Biscoff cookies and sprinkle over the banana layer.
  7. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the top evenly.
  8. Garnish with the remaining banana slices and crumbled Biscoff cookies (add bananas just before serving to prevent browning).
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use slightly underripe bananas to prevent them from turning mushy or brown.
  • Whip cream to firm peaks to ensure the pudding holds its shape.
  • For best flavor and texture, chill overnight before serving.
  • Can be served directly from the dish or portioned into individual cups.
