- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter, for topping (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons granola, for topping (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder to a high-speed blender.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
- Divide the blended mixture evenly between 2 mason jars or airtight containers.
- If desired, stir in chia seeds or nut butter before refrigerating.

- Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Freeze individual portions for up to 3 months and thaw overnight before serving.
- Add crunchy toppings like granola just before serving to keep them crisp.
- Substitute dairy-free yogurt and plant-based protein powder for a vegan-friendly version.
