Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast: 2 cooked and diced
  • Bacon: 6 slices, crispy and crumbled
  • Lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
  • Tomatoes: 1 cup, diced
  • Cucumber: 1 cup, diced
  • Avocado: 1, diced
  • Cheese (optional): 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Lemon Juice (optional): 1 tsp


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
