Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 2 cooked and diced
- Bacon: 6 slices, crispy and crumbled
- Lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
- Tomatoes: 1 cup, diced
- Cucumber: 1 cup, diced
- Avocado: 1, diced
- Cheese (optional): 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
- Lemon Juice (optional): 1 tsp
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet or bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado, then place them in a large salad bowl.
- Add the crumbled bacon and sliced chicken to the bowl with the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything until well coated. Garnish with cheese if desired.
