Instructions
- Boil 500 ml of water in a saucepan.
- Once the water is boiling, add 2 tablespoons of dried butterfly pea flowers and remove from heat.
- Let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes to extract the color and flavor.
- Strain the mixture (optional) to remove the flowers, or leave them in for a rustic presentation.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the steeped tea.
- Stir well and watch the color change from blue to purple.
- Serve hot for a warm beverage or cool it down and serve over ice for a refreshing cold drink.
