Description

Buffalo Chicken Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. These bite-sized treats are filled with a spicy buffalo chicken mixture, melted cheddar cheese, and wrapped in a soft biscuit dough, making them a flavorful and crowd-pleasing snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (12 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle.
  5. Add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal.
  7. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Once baked, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and serve immediately with ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to control the spice level.
  • For a milder version, use BBQ sauce instead of buffalo sauce.
  • Make these ahead of time by assembling and refrigerating before baking. Just bake them fresh when ready to serve.
  • Consider using different cheeses like mozzarella if you prefer a milder flavor.
