- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (12 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon a small amount of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle.
- Add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once baked, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and serve immediately with ranch dressing for dipping.
