Description

This caramel apple fudge is a rich, creamy treat that combines the nostalgic flavors of caramel apples with warm cinnamon spice. Easy to make in the microwave, it’s a perfect no-bake fall dessert loaded with sweet white chocolate and buttery caramel swirls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips: Provides the creamy base of the fudge
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk: Adds richness and helps the fudge set
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract: Enhances overall flavor with a warm, sweet note
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider drink mix (optional): Boosts tangy apple flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon: Adds warm, spicy flavor that complements the apple and caramel
  • 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramel candies, melted: Swirled in for rich, buttery caramel ribbons

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, apple cider drink mix (if using), and cinnamon until evenly combined.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle half of the melted caramel over the fudge layer and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Top with the remaining fudge mixture and drizzle the rest of the caramel on top, swirling for a marbled effect.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for smooth texture and better flavor.
  • For stronger apple flavor, apple extract or apple butter can be used instead of cider mix.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • This fudge can be frozen for up to 2 months.
