- 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream (for decoration)
- 1/4 cup (45 g) chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, pour into a greased 9-inch pan, and bake. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla extract, then mix in eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife or skewer to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
