  • 1 pound sausage meat
  • 1 (11 oz) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, sausage meat, Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon-sized scoop and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sausage balls reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Mix melted butter and the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix in a small bowl.
  7. Once the sausage balls are done, brush the butter mixture over the top of the sausage balls.
