- 1 pound sausage meat
- 1 (11 oz) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, sausage meat, Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, pepper, and salt.
- Mix with your hands until all ingredients are well combined.
- Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon-sized scoop and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sausage balls reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Mix melted butter and the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix in a small bowl.
- Once the sausage balls are done, brush the butter mixture over the top of the sausage balls.
