Description

Cheesecake deviled strawberries are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert. These bite-sized treats are made with fresh strawberries filled with a creamy no-bake cheesecake filling and topped with crunchy graham cracker crumbs. They’re perfect for any occasion, offering a refreshing twist on the classic strawberry cheesecake. Quick to prepare, these delicious treats combine rich, creamy, and fruity flavors, ideal for summer parties or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 graham cracker sheets)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely.
  2. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and slice off the hump on the back of each half so that they lay flat. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and whip the mixture for about 2 minutes, until it slightly thickens.
  5. Transfer the creamy mixture to a piping bag or Ziploc bag and pipe the filling into each strawberry.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use large strawberries to hold more filling.
  • Ensure that the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • You can prepare the cheesecake filling ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days, but assemble the strawberries just before serving to avoid sogginess.
  • If you have extra cheesecake filling, it can be used as a delicious fruit dip.
  • These deviled strawberries are best served within 2 days to avoid them becoming soggy.
