- 3 lbs strawberries
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 graham cracker sheets)
Instructions
- Wash all the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely.
- Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and slice off the hump on the back of each half so that they lay flat. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and whip the mixture for about 2 minutes, until it slightly thickens.
- Transfer the creamy mixture to a piping bag or Ziploc bag and pipe the filling into each strawberry.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry before serving.
