Description
Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups are soft, flaky crescent rolls filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and brushed with rich garlic butter, then baked until golden and topped with Parmesan and fresh parsley for a quick, comforting appetizer or snack.

- 1 can (8 oz / 226 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 tbsp (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic (about 9 g), minced
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp (4 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforations.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic until well combined.
- Brush each dough triangle evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place about 2 tablespoons (12–15 g) of shredded mozzarella cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to form a rollup.
- Arrange the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
