Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups Grated Zucchini
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic Parsley Salt
- 1 cup Grated Cheese of Choice (for topping)
Instructions
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic parsley salt. Stir well.
- Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet, pressing it into a thin layer about half an inch thick.
- Bake the mixture at 425°F for 15 minutes or until the crust turns golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese of your choice on top of the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 2-5 minutes, just until the cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve while hot for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- Make sure to squeeze out all excess moisture from the zucchini for a crispier crust.
- If you prefer, you can top the breadsticks with your favorite cheese like mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend of both.
- These breadsticks are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
