Instructions

- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and minced chipotle peppers along with 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce.
- Add the minced garlic and fresh lime juice to the mixture.
- Sprinkle in the salt and optional smoked paprika.
- Stir everything together until the chipotle aioli is smooth and evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more lime juice for brightness or more chipotle for heat.
