- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the Shreddies cereal, mini pretzels, salted mixed nuts, and cheese crackers. Toss gently to mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, oregano, parsley, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter-oil mixture over the snack mix and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the snack mix and toss to combine.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, or store in an airtight container once cooled.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pretzels and cereal.
