- ½ cup mini pepperoni or chopped salami

- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: chopped basil, crushed red pepper, or festive toppings like sliced olives or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut it into small squares, about 2×2 inches each.
- Place a pinch of mozzarella and a few bits of pepperoni or toppings in the center of each square.
- Fold corners together and pinch to seal, forming small balls.
- Arrange balls into a Christmas tree or wreath shape on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and optional herbs.
- Serve warm with marinara or pesto for dipping.
