- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour the coconut-lime filling over the baked crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the bars for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and lightly browned on top.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing them into squares.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least an hour before serving for the best texture.
