- Cover each chicken breast with plastic wrap and use a meat tenderizer to pound the chicken to about ½ inch thickness.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and buttermilk. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or overnight for best results).
- After marinating, take the chicken out and let it rest for 25-30 minutes at room temperature.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to make the breading mix.
