Description

Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip with Toffee Bits is a rich and creamy dessert or snack that combines a sweet cream cheese base, a gooey caramel layer, and crunchy toffee bits. It’s the perfect fall treat that pairs wonderfully with fresh apple slices or your favorite dippers. This easy 15-minute recipe is a hit at any party, potluck, or cozy gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 cup Caramel Dip
  • 2 tbsp Toffee Bits
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • Fresh Apples (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Heat the caramel dip in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until it is pourable and smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts over the caramel layer.
  6. Slice fresh apples into wedges and serve with the dip. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to ensure a smooth texture.
  • Use a thick caramel dip for a better consistency, although thinner caramel sauce can be used as well.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • To prevent apples from turning brown, toss them with a little lemon juice before serving.
