Description

This Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Potatoes is a simple and flavorful meal made with tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. It’s a one-pot dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, providing comfort and satisfaction in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (or your favorite brand), enough to cover chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  3. Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Add minced garlic and mix everything together.
  5. Cube the chicken and season it with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the crockpot.
  7. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s covered.
  8. Cook on low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  9. Once cooked, stir everything together, allowing the sauce to blend with the chicken and potatoes.
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese.
  11. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If using frozen chicken, you may need to increase the cooking time to ensure it reaches 165°F.
  • For a creamier texture, grate your mozzarella cheese instead of using pre-shredded.
  • You can add other vegetables like green beans or onions for extra flavor.
  • Check the potatoes after 5 hours of cooking to ensure they are tender.
  • Feel free to use a different brand of garlic parmesan sauce if preferred.
