Description

Doritos Pizza Rolls are crispy, cheesy, bite-sized snacks made with pizza dough, gooey mozzarella, savory pepperoni, and a crunchy Doritos coating. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick comfort food cravings.

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices evenly on top of the sauce.
  5. Roll up each piece tightly and pinch the edges to seal completely.
  6. In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  7. Roll each pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
  8. Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let cool slightly and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

  • Crush Doritos to a coarse texture for better crunch.
  • Do not overcrowd the baking tray to ensure even cooking.
