- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small rectangles.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices evenly on top of the sauce.
- Roll up each piece tightly and pinch the edges to seal completely.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Roll each pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
- Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
