- 1 box crackers, for serving
- 2 cups pretzel sticks or fresh vegetable sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a large carrot, making one end wider and the other end tapered.
- Wrap the shaped cheese ball tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm enough to hold its shape.
- Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it carefully. Smooth the surface gently with clean hands or a spatula if needed.
- Arrange the fresh parsley sprigs at the wide end of the carrot shape to create the carrot top.
- Place the Easter Carrot Cheese Ball on a serving platter and surround it with crackers, pretzel sticks, or fresh vegetable sticks.
