  • 14 ounces (396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 8 ounces (226g) whipped topping
  • Extra whipped topping (for garnish)
  • Lime slices (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 4 ounces melted butter and mix until evenly coated. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Add 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Pour in 3/4 cup key lime juice and mix until the filling thickens slightly.
  5. Gently fold in 8 ounces whipped topping until smooth and fluffy with no streaks remaining.
  6. Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners and fill each about 3/4 full with the filling.
  7. Top each portion with the prepared graham cracker mixture, pressing lightly to form a crust.
  8. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  9. Remove from molds by dipping the bottom briefly in warm water, then gently unmold.
  10. Serve crust-side down and garnish with whipped topping and lime slices if desired.
