Description

Fruit and yogurt parfaits are a delicious and versatile snack, offering a perfect balance of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola. Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries with sugar. Stir to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Divide half of the macerated strawberries between two clear glasses.
  3. Add half of the Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries.
  4. Add half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle half of the granola over the blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining strawberries, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and granola.
  7. Serve immediately for the best consistency or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Use clear cups for a visually appealing presentation.
  • Keep yogurt cold to prevent it from bleeding into the other layers.
  • Save granola for the top if you’re not serving immediately to prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Don’t skip macerating the strawberries as it helps enhance their sweetness and softens them.
