- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries with sugar. Stir to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Divide half of the macerated strawberries between two clear glasses.
- Add half of the Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries.
- Add half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the blueberries.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining strawberries, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and granola.
- Serve immediately for the best consistency or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
