- 12 wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Remove the tops from the strawberries and cut the cantaloupe and pineapple into evenly sized 1-inch cubes.
- Peel the kiwi and slice it into thick rounds or chunks.
- Thread the fruit onto each skewer in rainbow order: red grape, blackberry, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe, and strawberry.
- Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
- Arrange the fruit kabobs on a serving platter.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, or enjoy immediately.
