Description

  • 10 oz canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the Cool Whip to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in 3 tablespoons of reserved maraschino cherry juice and gently fold until combined.
  3. Drain all canned fruits thoroughly to prevent excess liquid.
  4. Add cherries, grapes, mandarin oranges, and pineapple tidbits to the bowl.
  5. Stir in the mini marshmallows.
  6. Gently fold all ingredients together until evenly coated and fluffy.
  7. Add shredded coconut if desired and mix lightly.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving for best flavor.
