- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
- 1/3 cup (60 g) M&M candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the funfetti cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
- Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or spatula until a thick cookie dough forms and all ingredients are fully combined.
- Add the rainbow sprinkles and M&M candies to the dough and gently fold them in until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the dough and roll into 1-inch balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Press a few additional M&M candies or sprinkles onto the tops of the dough balls if desired.
- Bake the cookies for 6–7 minutes, or until the edges are just set and the tops begin to crack slightly.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake the cookies to maintain their soft, cake-like texture.
- If the dough feels sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before shaping.
- You can replace M&M candies with 1/3 cup white chocolate chips for a different flavor.
- If funfetti cake mix is unavailable, use white cake mix and add 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
