Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a greased baking tray or into the skillet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway, or pan-fry for 8–10 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Check that meatballs are fully cooked through with no pink inside.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
