  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes into bite-sized cubes. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and cube the flesh carefully to keep the pieces intact.
  3. Dice the cucumber and red bell peppers into small chunks and thinly slice the red onion.
